Our new President, Tony Hylton Tony Hylton has been appointed President of Acres International. A graduate of Manchester University, UK, Tony worked on many major projects in the North Sea oil and gas industry and on the Hibernia Project in Canada. Immediately prior to joining Acres, Tony was the Senior Vice-President, Operations of the Energy Division of a large Canadian based EPCM company. During his tenure revenues of the Division grew to over $200 million. During this period he was also responsible for the introduction of Engineering and Project management Best Practices across all Divisions of their North American organization.

Initially Tony will be based in Calgary, where he will oversee the implementation of an aggressive growth program for the Oil and Gas sector. He will also work with all Business Unit Managers to promote growth and expansion in all of our consulting engineering operations.

Dr. Oskar Sigvaldason who has served as President of Acres International for the past eight years, continues as President of Acres Incorporated, the holding company of the Acres Group, and as Chairman of the principal operating companies.

"Tony brings to Acres an extensive knowledge of our industry, demonstrated operational expertise, and outstanding leadership qualities," said Dr. Sigvaldason in announcing this appointment.
