Hatch Energy attended performance testing of four 15-MW gas turbine generating units, as an independent witness. The four natural gas-fired units, together with fuel handling systems, cooling water supply, plant controls, foundations, buildings and air filters had recently undergone extensive rehabilitation.

Hatch Energy witnessed the tests and checked the resulting performance records.
