We are leading a Canadian joint venture that is providing technical assistance to the Reform Project Management Organization (RPMO) of the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation (UPPC) in India. This newly formed company is responsible for the transmission formation and the single buyer/power plant dispatch roles. The project is aimed at providing capacity building within UPPCL to assist in fulfilling its mandate in the State’s restructured power sector
