Regulatory Management

Hatch Energy works with its hydropower clients to develop pragmatic solutions to address environmental concerns. We provide a wide range of environmental services, from carrying out discipline-specific environmental studies to preparing environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and environmental management plans (EMPs), to managing the entire regulatory approvals process. During construction and operation of hydropower facilities, Hatch Energy can provide expert staff to undertake environmental supervision, training, and compliance auditing.

Planning and regulatory control are crucial for effective natural resource and environmental management in developing countries. Hatch Energy provides institution building, training and support for cost-effective resource management.
